Gold Challenge 2016: The Staffordshire Way

The Staffordshire Way is a 92 mile footpath from Kinver Edge to Mow Cop, weaving its way through the county.

Each year we organise a multi day challenge.  This years challenge is to complete the footpath over 2 days, during the weekend of 6th & 7th August.

The fee of £40.00 includes:
– A run guide
– Campsite for the Saturday night
– BBQ or Pub meal on the Saturday night
– A support vehicle at lunch on each day (for fresh clothes, food and water).
– A rescue vehicle in the case you cant complete
– A champagne celebration at the finish

Limited to 20 runners.

Day 1: Saturday

Start: Kinver Edge (0 miles) 8.00
Lunch and Rest Stop: Penkridge area (30 miles) 12.30-14.30 Support car meets with bags for dry clothes, lunch etc.
End of Day 1: Uttoxeter (56 miles) 18.30 onwards.  Support car meets at campsite with tents and bags collected at the start. BBQ or pub meal included. *erect own tent

Day 2: Sunday

Start: Uttoxeter (56 miles) 9.00
Lunch and Rest Stop: Cheddleton area (80 miles) 13:30 -14.30. Support car meets with bags for dry clothes, lunch etc.
Finish: Mow Cop (95 miles) 17.30-19.59 Champagne celebration at the finish
